Star Reify provides technical consultancy and software solutions. Please be advised that:
SReiflow ERP and Saral Bazzar are currently in the Development/Beta phase.
Access to product demos is granted solely for evaluation purposes and does not constitute a final sale or permanent license unless a separate service agreement is signed.
Product Status & Development Disclaimer
Beta Phase: You acknowledge that our proprietary platforms, SReiflow ERP and Saral Bazzar, are currently in the Development and Private Beta phase.
No Commercial Warranty: All technical descriptions, features, and upcoming functionalities mentioned on this website are based on our engineering blueprints and are subject to change. As these products are not yet in their final commercial release, we do not provide any warranties regarding their current uptime or data processing capabilities.
Pre-Launch Information: Any information provided about these products is for educational and promotional purposes to showcase our technical capabilities. Official commercial use will only be permitted after the formal launch and signing of a separate Service Agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All content, architecture, database design, and the “30-page technical blueprints” associated with our products are the exclusive property of Star Reify Tech Solutions.
Restrictions: Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, copying, or distributing our proprietary logic or source code without written authorization.
Third-Party Modules: Our platforms may use third-party or open-source modules under free licenses. Rights to these specific components remain with their respective owners.
Use of Demos & Beta Features
If you are granted access to a sub-domain or demo environment:
You agree not to use the demo for illegal activities.
You acknowledge that as a “Beta” product, features may change, and we are not liable for any data loss occurring within the testing environment.
Limitation of Liability
Star Reify Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or upcoming software products. We provide our “In-Development” products on an “as-is” basis.
