Upgraded CodeIgniter from old version 3.x to the latest version 4.x as CI 3 supports PHP 7.4 however it is deprecated and most of the servers are upgraded to PHP 8 and does not support PHP 7.x. It was an auction website which have multiple roles where admin or agents can submit properties and front end customers can bid or few items are on direct sale. There are 3 sections in website admin, agents and customers.
