Developed a secure payment and management portal for a real estate company handling multiple residential projects. The system includes a role-based admin panel where administrators can manage properties, apartments (bedrooms, floor, area, location), rentals, and services through full CRUD functionality.

A custom electricity billing module was implemented where admins enter monthly meter readings and the system automatically calculates bills while tracking paid, pending, and concession amounts. The platform also generates printable monthly invoices for each apartment.
